Fountains of Wayne have dropped a terrific new album called "Traffic and Weather." If you only know them as the "Stacy's Mom" guys, you're really missing out on some good stuff. This, their fourth album, has a bit less edge than the first three, but still worth checking out for its whitty lyrics and catchy tunes.
