So the Cold War Kids are a pretty awesome band that have been all over the blogs as of late. I'd be remiss if I were to ignore them. My brother got to meet them after their set at Lollapalooza, so they seem like cool guys. Here is a Mp3 to try on for size.

I recently discovered the music of Martin Dosh. A friend of mine is a huge Anticon records fan and I subsequently got into his album "Pure Trash" and now his latest album, "The Lost Take." He released a bonus track for the later that's really worth checking out.

I'm a huge fan of Death Cab for Cutie and Ben Gibbard. He did a terrific cover of Cindi Lauper's "Girl's Just Wanna Have Fun." I HIGHLY reccomend you check this out.
